Applicant agrees to the following (if approved):

Understand the Holy Trinity Event Hall Lease Agreement and agree to abide by all rules and regulations.
Security deposit (non-refundable) is required with signed Lease Agreement to reserve the date and will be applied to the Final Rental Fee
Damage deposit (refundable), ten (10) days prior, is required and will be returned, within thirty (30) days, after the event, provided the facility is left clean and undamaged.
Certificate of Insurance, thirty (30) days prior, naming Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church as an additional insured for the date of the event.
Final Rental Fee shall be paid to Lessee at least sixty (60) days prior to the event, but in no instance less than ten (10) days prior to the event.
